PARKING:  3 designated accessible parking spaces.  Parking space 8 ft. wide.  Accessible aisle 3 ft. wide.  Nearby ramps well marked.

ENTRANCE:  Automatic entry doors, 36 in. wide.

FACILITIES:  Lowered drinking fountains.  Signage printed in contrasting colors with raised lettering.  Non-smoking rooms available. 

PUBLIC REST ROOMS:  Doors 36 in. wide, open in.  Accessible stalls with handrails.  19 in. toilet seat height, 12 in. between commode and wall.  Sink height 34 in.  Wrapped pipes.  Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions.  Unisex or companion assisted rest rooms available.  Rest rooms identified by raised figures with pants or skirt on the door to designate men or women.

ELEVATOR:  In lobby, serving all levels.  Door width 42 in.  Control buttons 42 in. high.  Elevator car is 52 in. by 52 in.  Buttons in braille, and raised.  Door stays open 15 seconds.  Audible floor change signal.

ACCOMMODATIONS:  4 wheelchair accessible rooms, 2 on first floor and 2 on second floor, each with 1 or 2 queen-size beds on frames with no obstruction beneath.  60 inch circular clearspace in room and in bathroom.  Bathroom door is 36 in. wide.  Grab bar in tub.  Roll-in showers.  Hand held shower heads.  Wrapped pipes.  Handrail with the toilet.  19 in. toilet seat height.  Wheelchair can be parked beside the toilet for a lateral transfer (32 in. min.)  Room numbers with braille and raised markings.  Large digit display alarm clocks.  Smoke alarm with flashing light.  TTY.  Amplified phones.  Room light flashes when phone rings.  Closed captioned TV.  Door knock light.  Vibrating alarm clock.  Lever handles on doors.  Closet rods wheelchair height.  Lowered peep holes, thermostats and light switches.  Extended drapery rod pulls.

SAFETY PROCEDURES:  Wheelchair guests routinely assigned to first floor rooms.  Front desk personnel made aware of guests with disabilities, and their type, in case of emergency.
