Our "flagship product" is the LifeWorks Rehab program, which is available exclusively at MFA LifeWorks Rehab and Skilled Nursing Centers.

What We Offer
- Stroke care by a skilled interdisciplinary team of nurses, dietitians, and physical, occupational and speech therapists are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to help stroke patients relearn what was lost and get back to everyday life.
- Orthopedic surgery care to help patients who have had hip and knee replacements, have had fractures, shoulder and spinal surgery, get back on their feet and doing the things they love after orthopedic surgery.
- Cardiac care with a skilled interdisciplinary team of physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, and dietitians work together on a personalized plan through diet and seven-day-a-week therapy treatments to help our patients after a cardiac event.
- Accident recovery to help each patient regain function and return home safely as quickly as their recovery allows. We work closely with patients to reduce the risk of falls while in our care and after they leave us.
- Tailored post surgical care for patients who are recovering from a host of surgical procedures including but not limited to:
- General Surgery
- CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting)
- Cardiac Valve Replacements
- GI Surgery (Gastrointestinal Surgery)
- Care for respiratory diseases such as COPD, a chronic respiratory disease that includes emphysema, chronic bronchitis and chronic asthma.
Skilled nursing care for clients who require lengthier long-term care stays and have designed our center to ensure their comfort and well-being.
LifeWorks Rehab
This is an exclusive, seven days-a-week program offering a range of individualized treatment, therapies, and recovery tools. Your recovery shouldn't take the weekend off.
We offer a customized plan of care with an interdisciplinary team with experience working with a variety of conditions and have the latest advancements in therapy equipment.

- Rehabilitation is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor.
- Our therapy staff are specially trained LifeWorks therapists who provide continuity of care - we have our own in-house therapists.
- Exclusive to the LifeWorks program is your guide to charting your progress. Clients receive a customized, clinically based Personal Report Card.
Insurance
We accept a broad range of insurance carriers, and our business office will file all of the necessary claims paperwork. We’ll be with you every step of the way to answer all of your questions, and will make sure this often stressful aspect of recovery is the farthest thing from your mind.
