DIRECTIONS:  Powhite Pkwy., take Forest Hill Ave. Exit. Go West 1 mile on the right at the first stop light in Stratford Hills Shopping Center.


PARKING: 8 designated accessible parking spaces.  Located in front of the restaurant. Ramps nearby well marked and placed so that it cannot be blocked by another vehicle.


ENTRANCE:  Automatic doors.  Doors easily opened.  2 entry doors.


FACILITIES:  No steps. Signage printed in contrasting colors.  Non-smoking areas available.  Increased wattage lighting in meeting rooms, and dining areas.


PUBLIC REST ROOMS:  Located at front and back of restaurant and accessible without steps. Turns to enter.  Accessible stalls with handrails, no doors on stall.  19 in. toilet seat height.  Accessible stall checked for obstructions. Unisex or companion assisted rest rooms available.  Rest rooms identified by raised figures with pants or skirt on the door to designate men or women.


PUBLIC TELEPHONE:  Located at front host desk.  Lowered phones.

DINING:  There are 14 tables for guests in wheelchairs, spread throughout the restaurant. Menus are available in large print, on non-glossy surface.


STAFF TRAINING: Personnel trained to serve guests using wheelchairs, guests having mobility, visual, or hearing disabilities.


SAFETY PROCEDURES:  Smoke alarms in all areas.  Additional emergency measures for:  Wheelchair/mobility disabilities exit within easy access out the front door.
